Cardiac Disease, Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention Online Training

This program is the most comprehensive training resource in secondary prevention and cardiac rehabilitation in Australia. The course addresses both theoretical and practical aspects of cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention, and teaches skills to assist metropolitan, regional, rural and remote practitioners to implement, conduct and evaluate their rehabilitation and prevention programs. The training includes the latest research findings, evidence-based practice and up-to-date practice knowledge from our expert panel of multi-disciplinary presenters, while also showcasing the Centre’s own world-leading research. The sessions are delivered by national experts in the disciplines of cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, pharmacy, cardiac nursing, dietetics, and health psychology.
