When will registrations close?

Registrations close on Friday 1 May 2026.

Is the training face to face or online?

The 2026 program will be delivered live and online after the wonderful success of the 2021, 2022 and 2023 programs.

Is there a participant limit for this training program?

As the program will be delivered online, there is no restriction on participant numbers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should a booking be cancelled before 1 May, a full refund will be available.

Cancellations 2 May to 8 May will incur a 50% loss of registration fee.

Cancellations after 8 May will incur a 100% loss of registration fee.

Can we have multiple attendees on one registration using a single laptop?

As the session is interactive and there will be break-out groups in some sessions, each individual participant will need to register and have their own device during the sessions. Each participant will require a computer or laptop; a phone will not be adequate.

Will the online session be recorded to watch at another time?

All registrants will have access to the platform for 3 weeks to re-watch any of the sessions. We encourage all participants to  arrange focused time to attend and interact during the live stream of the program from 18-21 May 2026.

When will I be issued the online learning material?

We will issue your login details 2 weeks before the training program. There will be some pre-reading issued in the lead up to the event.

Will a certificate of attendance be issued following the training?

Yes. A certificate will be issued to each participant following complete attendance of the course, including completion of a pre- and post-training questionnaire.
