Cardiac medications update

This one-day program reviews and extends practitioners’ knowledge of cardiac medications.  It covers key aspects of common medications used for heart failure and coronary artery disease, including side-effects and interactions.  It also covers education techniques for increasing patient adherence and health literacy. The program is interactive and facilitated by experts in the field.

  • Lipid lowering medications and anti-hypertensive treatment in coronary artery disease
  • Anti-angina agents; anti-platelet/ anticoagulation medication
